JustPlay OC was born from a simple frustration: too many kids on the sidelines. Too many programs that prioritized winning over development, competition over community. We set out to do it differently.
Our mission is holistic athlete development. Through Basketball and Volleyball, we produce young men and women who are confident, disciplined, and compassionate. We believe that's what sports, done right, can do.
Based in Orange County, we serve athletes ages 10–18 at all skill levels. Whether your child has never held a ball or is chasing a college scholarship, JustPlay OC has a home for them.

The JustPlay Way
We run every practice, every game, and every interaction with three non-negotiables: respect for yourself, your teammates, and the game. Everything else flows from there.
Our coaches are vetted not just for their sports knowledge but for their ability to connect with young athletes. We believe the relationship between coach and player is sacred, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Sports teach you that no one wins alone. We celebrate assists as much as scores, because the best play is always the right play for the team.

Every athlete walks off our courts standing a little taller. We build the inner belief that lets young people take on whatever comes next.
Beyond the Whistle
JustPlay OC is more than a sports league. We're an active part of the Orange County community. Our athletes participate in community service projects, local events, and mentorship opportunities throughout the year.
We partner with local schools and community organizations to ensure sport is accessible to every child, regardless of background or ability to pay. Because play is a right, not a privilege.
